Movement For Health: Pilates With Michele This 50 minute Pilates mat class will incorporate fun exercises and transitions to keep you engaged and challenged while being safe for Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. The exercises will be based on FUNctional Fitness! We will work on posture, balance, core control, and overall strength and flexibility. The focus will be on quality of movement, avoiding faulty patterns, and empowering each client to achieve their own personal goals. This class will build new awareness of how to align your body as you move forward.
