About the Event
We’re excited to introduce Yin & Restorative Yoga with Carolyn Chaiko, beginning February 5th at 6:30pm in the Lounge.
This slow, supportive practice uses props and long-held postures to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for deep rest and renewal.
Perfect for all levels, this class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and give your body exactly what it needs.
