Sometimes it's so much easier to focus on the fear and worry that we don't see the "what if" in all of these moments. What if we thought positively? What if we chose to believe our bodies could heal? What if we woke up and decided to focus on the people and activities we love?

Amanda Hudes:
Amanda Hudes is the Founder of Smiling Through Chaos event planning. Through her business, Amanda helps to relieve busy women from the stress that can come along with coordinating weddings and other major lifetime events. She also helps them to look and feel their best in the process.
Amanda Hudes received a B.S. with honors in Advertising Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. During and after her time at F.I.T, Amanda worked with world-renowned fashion designers and in the corporate marketing and product development sectors of fashion and beauty major brands.
Amanda learned of her food intolerances early in her childhood, so during her time at F.I.T., Amanda realized that she did not have to make ONE choice in her career and decided to start a meal planning business (the A+ Plan) when word-of-mouth of her dietary knowledge became so great. A few years later, she attended and graduated from the Integrative School for Nutrition (IIN) as a certified Health Counselor, gaining knowledge from the founders of every major diet out there. Throughout the years since, she has helped all ages in feeling and looking their best through healthy, mindful eating, empowering women to listen to their bodies, learn what makes them feel amazing, and love themselves. Now certified in several areas of Wellness, including as a Behavior Change Specialist, and inYoga, Group Fitness, Sports Conditioning, and Reiki.
Amanda moved out of the corporate fashion world and into a corporate management role, supervising and managing teams and multiple projects occurring simultaneously, planning all events, and creating warm and inviting environments.. It was then that Amanda realized she, unlike many, did not get stressed when planning events, and that she could use her expertise and experience to help other busy women plan their events and help them look and feel their best in the process. Combining the A+ Plan with her event planning and management experience, she created “Smiling Through Chaos,” focusing on helping clients smile through it all. Planning events while helping women and couples feel and look their best for the big day allows Amanda to create more “happy” in the lives of so many.
