Katy is a master wellness coach and personal trainer. She's been in the industry for over 12 years and has joined the Evolve Pink family to help you reach your greatest potential!
Description of class:
We will be doing a 30-40 min body weight circuit workout. I will go over the workout with you. Show and describe the movement and lead you through the workout. We will get our sweat on, feel the burn and build so much energy together!
